Flokitoto requires KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. In addition, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may be required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Flokitoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Flokitoto customer support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Flokitoto does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform. Deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed available withdrawable balance (distinct from locked bonus funds). Flokitoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

All Account Balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. Flokitoto does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.

All bets placed on the Flokitoto Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out below and any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and bet reference number is issued. Flokitoto reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. Flokitoto may apply personalised stake limits to individual Accounts at its discretion.
Flokitoto reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a clear pricing error has occurred; (b) the relevant event has been cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed after an event had already commenced when in-play betting was not offered; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or result fixing.
Bet settlements are based on official results as published by the relevant governing body, league, or tournament organiser. In the event of a dispute, Flokitoto's decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Flokitoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Flokitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
Upon Account closure for legitimate breaches, any bonus or promotional balance will be forfeited. Real money balances will be reviewed and returned to the User's verified payment method where no fraudulent activity is confirmed, at Flokitoto's sole discretion.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Requests for self-exclusion are processed as part of our Responsible Gambling programme and are available through the Platform settings.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flokitoto is incorporated and licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between a User and Flokitoto, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Users should submit complaints through the official customer support channel detailed in Section 15. Flokitoto will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) days.
Flokitoto reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
